Interested in becoming a Vendor?
Hi, thank you for your interest in joining the CORALUN Vintage collective. We are currently looking to add new vendors to our space. Coralun Vintage has been a storefront downtown Colorado Springs, CO since 2015. This year we are hoping to change things up and add more faces and curations to the coralun vintage family. The shop specializes in unique vintage from the 1950s to early 2000s and modern second hand clothing with a retro feel. We also offer handmade apothecary and jewelry. We would like to expand to more clothing vendors, jewelers, artists and creatives. The shop has a bohemian, southwest inspired feel. If you have products or goods that you feel would be a good fit, please fill out the application below.
Important information before applying
VENDOR OBLIGATIONS
All vendors must work TWO, 5 hours shifts in the shop a month. Additional shifts required if you wish to use the back room storage.
We hope that this helps build your image with your brand and help you socialize and expand your business with the community. No faceless Amazon storefront here. This small business is about seeing the smiling faces of the customers that help us buy groceries. These shifts will often be just you working the storefront collective. You must be comfortable in the downtown storefront by yourself. If this seems uncomfortable, please do not apply.
All vendors will pay a monthly booth fee that ranges from $50-$100 on the first of the month. This fee is dependent on your booth sqft space. An example is one T rack for $50 a month.
All vendors will be payed in full every other Sunday.
All vendors will receive 90% of their sales with 10% going towards operating costs like credit card fees, bags, utilities etc. We will remit sales tax on your behalf.
All vendors are independent contractors. They will fill out W9 once accepted into the collective and be issued a 1099 at the end of the year.
You will be given a 60 day period in the storefront, after 60 days we both can evaluate if it is a mutually positive fit. If this contract needs to be broken, you must give a 30 day notice for re-scheduling and filling the space. We work as one team.
When working the storefront you will be in charge of daily sales as well as maintaining a clean overall storefront. This will be maintained based on what day a week you work. Ex: Mondays sweep and windex mirrors. Tuesday’s sweep and dust shelves.
You will be in charge of your own tags, prices and putting them in the sales system. I can help you learn the system, in the storefront we use square.
